I met Alimi Eyitayo first time in 2018 in Lagos at a WOK Conference that was a great success. Later that year we met in San Francisco and decided to hold the first conference in the history of the WOK project for women only and with the app WikiFlip in focus. Alimi hosted this event in January 2019 with great pride and focus and it turned out to be a huge success. I can warmly recommend working with her and it has been an honour as well as a privilege to cooperate
I met Alimi at the EOS Hackathon in San Francisco. The challenge was to create an application that benefited the participants. I came with the idea but she caught the concept immediately and saw the power of the idea to reward owners of a commodity with half the transaction fees. She stepped up and dug right into the business problem and associated communication required to convey the message we proposed to solve the problem. Alimi's vision and passion are unique and her desire to help her network achieve the best makes her interactions beneficial for all involved.
